Brian A. Fuller is the executive director of °µÍø³Ô¹Ï University's Center for Intelligence Research, Analysis, and Training (CIRAT) and the former director of operations for the Ridge College of Intelligence Studies and Applied Sciences, a position he assumed in December 2019. As the executive director of CIRAT, Fuller oversees all operations and administration related to the center's activities. This includes offering students hands-on experience and resources to develop marketable skills in the dynamic fields of intelligence, data science and AI, and cybersecurity.ÌýThis gives students valuable, marketable skills in competitive intelligence, strategic intelligence, tactical intelligence, data analytics, and cybersecurity before they even graduate.ÌýPreviously, he served as a senior Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) instructor for the Department of the Army’s OSINT Office, where he oversaw the Army’s OSINT training program for the Midwest and Rocky Mountain regions. He trained Army intelligence professionals at the strategic, tactical, and special operations levels. He managed the training curriculum, personnel, financial, and administrative affairs of the program while participating as a subject matter expert in the intelligence community’s OSINT program and operational development working groups, ensuring the continued growth of the discipline and associated tradecraft and technologies.

Fuller is a retired U.S. Army first sergeant, where he served honorably for 24 years as a military intelligence senior non-commissioned officer, all-source intelligence analyst, senior counterintelligence analyst and targeteer, horizontal engineer, and urban search and rescue technician. He also held joint assignments supporting theater-level strategic operations in the Middle East, Germany, and the Korean Peninsula. Over the years, his leadership and operational assignments have taken him to more than two dozen countries, among them Iraq, Kuwait, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Kosovo, Bosnia, Germany, France, and Italy.

Fuller earned his degree in intelligence operations from Cochise College.

He is a member of the Military Intelligence Corps AssociationÌýand the Non-Commissioned Officer Association, has earned the coveted Knowlton Award, and is a member of the Military Order of the Purple Heart (MOPH). FullerÌýserves his community as a youth football coach. Fuller serves as a governor-appointed representative for the NWPA Soldiers and Sailors Home Advisory BoardÌýandÌýas the Commander for the Chapter 197 Commodore Perry Chapter of the MOPH, for which he is also a registered member and recipient. ÌýProfessionally, Fuller is a member of the OSMOSIS Association, a founding member of the OSINT Foundation, and a certified recorded future geopolitical analyst, and a regular contributor on Erie News Now.
